Description
The Code Composer Studio, also known as CCStudio or CCS, is an integrated programming environment for developing applications for Texas Instruments processors. This software is produced exclusively for the design of embedded and low-level JTAG-based projects as well as for the debugging of these systems. It should be mentioned that this program is designed based on the Eclipse programming environment, which can provide better support for Linux, Android, Windows embedded operating systems, as well as compilers such as GCC.
Code Composer Studio is compatible with a wide range of TI embedded processors, including microcontrollers (MCUs), ARM processors, and signal processing processors (DSPs), all of which can be coded and debugged. This software includes an optimized C+++ compiler, code editor, project build environment, debugger, profiler and many other features. This program’s powerful and intuitive user interface lets you do your job step-by-step, and user-familiar tools let you quickly log into the software and get started.

The disk space shown depends on the features selected during installation. 400 MB is for a minimum installation. Does not include temporary space required by installer.
Note that the most important requirement is memory. At least 2 GB of memory or more is highly recommended.

the Windows : XP SP3, Windows 7 (SP1 or later) and Windows 8.x are supported by all CCSv6 versions. Windows 10 is supported on CCS versions 6.1.3 and above
