Required configuration

Minimum profile:

Processor: 1.0 GHz or better Intel® or AMD® processor. Promis.e is not supported on a processor that does not support SSE2.
Memory: 16 GB minimum, 32 GB recommended. More memory almost always improves performance, especially when working with larger models.
Hard disk: 24 GB of available disk space (which includes the 16 GB installation footprint for a full installation)
Video: Consult the graphics card manufacturer for the latest DirectX driver information. 512 MB of video RAM or more is recommended. If video RAM is insufficient or no DirectX supported graphics card is detected, Bentley Promis.e attempts to use software emulation. For optimal performance, the graphics display color depth should be set to 24-bit or higher. When using a 16-bit color depth setting, some inconsistencies will be noted.
Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher.
