ActiveGanttCSW is a collection of beautiful commands for adding Gantt charts and advanced scheduling capabilities to VS# WPF apps. These controls are practically applicable in the .NET environment and WPF-supporting languages for UI design. These controls can be used to create software that deals with Gantt charts and project progress, or calendar-based applications. This component has a clear structure and its object-oriented hierarchy is easy to grasp. Since this component is based on an object-oriented model, you don’t need to learn any new concepts to work with it.
This component is also able to design a tree structure for editing and displaying WBS failures. This chart can be used to identify and categorize work components so that the overall scope of work can be shown. You can zoom infinite Gantt charts and there is no limit to that. The timeline is fully customizable. This component has grid capability and a comprehensive tool to display charts within a specified historical range.
This control displays Gantt charts with multiple Miestons in multiple layers. It is possible to import XML files from Microsoft Project 2003, 2007 and 2010. It supports XPS printing, and its open-source printing algorithm is available for C# developers. Since this component supports Unicode, various languages such as Farsi and Arabic can be easily accessed. ActiveGanttCSW is compiled in two modes, open source in C# and available to developers with proper documentation.
